Issue

The possible Cause of Transmission values listed for the Update Key Change Reply message in monitor direction include the following values:

<44>:= unknown type identification
<45>:= unknown cause of transmission
<46>:= unknown common address of ASDU

The above values are not possible since this message is sent by the controlled station only.

Proposal

Correct the list of the Cause of Transmission in monitor direction by removing the following values:

<44>:= unknown type identification
<45>:= unknown cause of transmission
<46>:= unknown common address of ASDU
