a) In the paragraph 7.2.2 – Table 2 - the User Certificate ASDU Type

b) At the beginning of paragraph 7.3.8 the value specified for the
Type Identifier S_UC_NA_1 is 88 while at the end of the same
paragraph the value specified is 90.
c) At the end of paragraph 7.3.8 the value specified for the type
identifier S_UC_NA_1 is 90. This value collides with the same value
specified for the type identifier S_US_NA_1 (par. 7.3.9).
d) The User Certificate ASDU specified in paragraph 7.3.8 and the
Update Key Change Confirmation ASDU specified in paragraph 7.3.14
have the same Type Identifier name (S_UC_NA_1).
Proposal
User Certificate message Type ID should be added in 7.2.2, Table 2.
In 7.3.8, the correct identifier is 88, not 90.
There will be a unique type identifier name specified for User Certificate and Update Key Change Confirmation messages.
